Im a little worried...
The last 2 times DH and I BD I have had horrible cramping after and last night's cramping was pretty painful it even gave me nausea, is that normal to have cramping like that after BD'ing?? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from doing that???
Im 5 weeks 3 days..

Its normal to have contractions after having an O.
It really shouldn't be painful, though. I'd talk to your dr. about it.

I know this might not help but even before I was preggo I would always get stomach cramps after sex, to the point of nausea.
