Symptoms on and off?
I am just about 5 weeks and I have been feeling symptoms on and off. My boobs hurt much more at night and in the AM when I first get up than during the day. I start to get tired in the afternoon. But it's not an all day kind of thing. I also have had some cramping on and off..which I am assuming (and praying ) is just normal "growing pains".
Is all this normal?

I am 7 weeks and that is exactly how I felt/feel. Sounds perfectly normal to me! Happy and healthy 9 months!

Perfectly normal!
I had not one pregnancy symptom until I was 9 weeks pregnant.
The cramping is normal too. I had some really intense cramping around 6 weeks. Even now at 31 weeks I still feel crampy from time to time.

Re: Symptoms on and off?
I have exactly the same thing and I'm just over 7 weeks. Sore boobs but not all day long and some days more sore than others. I'm quite tired some evenings but not as tired as i was when I was 4 weeks. I've had cramping too - quite bad some days and barely there others. I've also had slight spotting (very light) for 2 days in a row. My best friend who's an OB/GYN (very handy!) told me to take it easy and no bd for a few days. Sounds like we're all in the same boat!

Re: Symptoms on and off?
Perfectly normal - your symptoms will come and go as you body goes through hormone surges. During surges you'll feel pregnant. When you aren't surging, you won't feel as much, most likely even nothing at 5 weeks.
I'm 6.5 weeks and the symptoms are just now starting to become more consistent. I'm at the point now, that if I have a day where I feel good, I try to really appreciate it because I know a bad day is coming soon

What I didn't mention is that my mood swings are definitely kicking in. Yesterday I had ZERO tolerance for anything, so easily annoyed. I hate that!

Re: Symptoms on and off?
Me again...bumping...
So I am 6 weeks today and it's probably my hormones but I feel like in the last 2 days my breast tenderness went down somewhat. They are really sore in the AM when I get up but then go to only on the sides really, during the day. Still very tired and sort of queasy in the AM but I haven't felt cramping in a few days. I have an appt. with my RE on Thursday to see / hear the hearbeats but in the meantime I am worry central!!!!
eta: Shouldn't I be having more "surges"? Does this mean something is wrong with my hcg levels?
