Two questions...
How many days past IUI are you?- might still be too early to test.
Are you on progesterone supplements? If so, when do you go for a beta at the RE?

You're 14 DPIUI right?
Are you going in for a beta? My RE has the beta at 14 DPIUI so that we know at that point whether or not to stop the progesterone suppositories. As long as you're on those, I'm pretty sure you won't get AF.
