We're very pleased to inform you about FertilityAssist 2, a program designed to help you with the cost of fertility treatment.

If you are having difficulty conceiving or are already undergoing fertility treatment, this may be a stressful time-both emotionally and financially. It may help you to know that 70% of couples who complete their fertility treatment plan eventually succeed in conceiving a child.1 While some women conceive with their first treatment cycle, it's not unusual to need an additional cycle. That's when FertilityAssist 2 can help.

FertilityAssist 2 provides savings of up to $500* on Gonal-f® (follitropin alfa for injection).

FertilityAssist 2 can help increase your opportunity for success by making the cost of treatment more affordable. If you're a cash-paying patient undergoing your second treatment cycle with the fertility medication Gonal–f®, FertilityAssist 2 can provide cost savings of up to $500* when you fill your prescriptions through Freedom Fertility Pharmacy™.

If you'd like to learn more about this program, we recommend that you talk with your healthcare provider, or click here for additional information.

Ask your doctor to increase your opportunity for success by prescribing Gonal–f® and enrolling you in the FertilityAssist 2 program.
