I was looking at registering for the Graco travel system, but I hear everyone talking about the Snap n' Go stroller. Do they do the same thing? Would you recommend one over the other, or both??

Nope, the travel system is an actual stroller that you can use with or without the infant seat. The snap and go is a light frame that fits the infant seat only. It's great to have in the beginning because it's light and easy to use. I would suggest going and taking a look at both. I suggest registering for both. When I had DS#1 only (just about) 3 years ago I didn't even know about the Snap and Go.

Like the PP said, they are different. Get the snap n go - it is a lifesaver, especially when you are out. It is lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car. The travel system is too heavy and bulky. You can get an umbrella stoller when the baby grows out of the infant car seat.

I think whether the travel system is too heavy and bulky is a matter of personal preference. I have the Graco Quattro Tour (the heaviest and bulkiest) and absolutely love it.
To the OP, I would definitley look at the different options in person if you can. I did use the snap and go in the beginning, but I also liked that I could use my full size stroller with the infant carrier.
