I get so full!

If I eat too much, my stomach gets so full that it feels like it's going to explode. My belly gets so tight - it's so uncomfortable. But the bad part is that my appetite is back, and I actually get hungry now, so it's hard not to eat too much.
Anybody else get like this?

I feel like that all the time. I'll eat a huge meals & in 2-3 hours, I'll be starving. Small snacks don't work for me.

Me too. You have to eat lots of little meals instead of one big meal.

That's what I do (mostly) but here at work there's always food lying around from conferences, and I can't help but to eat some! So I let myself get too full and then I feel like I'm going to pop

I am the same way, I am trying to do smaller meals more often, it is hard though, I hate planning meals before hand, especially for work !

This has been happening alot to me the last couple of weeks, and even when I cut down the amount in my meal, I feel the same way

I get this too - and only at 10 1/2 weeks.....my poor dh I am always asking him to finish food for me - so much in fact that the other day he told me he doens't want to gain pregnancy weight only I should!
