36 week appt
today........not effaced/dilated yet, but my doctor told me to start "walking a lot" and this could make things progress!

 Im hoping when I go next week she will tell me the same, and Im only going to be 34 weeks. I cant take the back pain anymore.

today starts week 36 for me
as of last sat. i was 80% effaced but not dilated
i went back to work today after 3 weeks of bedrest and i feel like he is SO LOW -
I am so ready to have this baby
My back is killing me, and so are my hips!

I had my first internal last week and wasn't dilated or effaced at all. At today's appointment, I was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. I couldn't believe it. I hope you make similar progress. Good luck!
