cornish hens...
What do I do with 2 whole cornish hens?!
How do I cook them?
I'm not very good in the kitchen!

Re: cornish hens...
you can roast them just like you would a chicken. or you can split the hen by taking out the back bone, flating the hen out and frying it in a skillet and then finishing them of in the oven for a few minutes. cornish hens don't take to long to cook. i love them.
