I'm eyeing these and for $30 bucks, what do you think?
DH says they are ugly.

yea... I don't know... for another $90 -$100 or less, you could get the real tall UGGs at the outlet (I got tall ones there last year for $120). or, you can get the real UGG shorter boots at Nordstrom or Bloomies.
for me personally, I def didn't buy them for looks. the comfort and warmth that UGGs provide are heavenly. it's not a fashion a statement. not for me anyway.
$130 at Bloomingdales
another option is to get a kids size. Nordstrom has a conversion sizing chart for example, a 'big kids' size 7 is a woman's size 9.

I hear ya about looks. They aren't uggs, they are bearpaws. I have tall tan aussie dogs, but I like the black. And for $30, not bad, right?

If they are for warmth, do it..I don't think the Ugg boots are attractive in the least, but for warmth, it's up for your consideration...

Why not? If they feel the same as Uggs then I would get them!
I tried on imitation Uggs and you can ABSOLUTELY tell the difference. Uggs are just so soft!
