do you feel weird if...

someone doesn't even ask how your pregnancy has been...when your due....anything....im not close to MIL but we are going there for turkey day tommorrow and i am so curious to see if she asks anything about hte twins...when they are due...if theres anything we need..etc....my parents didnt ask..they jsut did...as ive posted before...very generous both with gifts and with support....my mom flew up from Fl just totake care of me on bed rest.....is it me or isnt it so odd to ignoer your future grandkids.....or any baby for that matter....i just know when i hear somoenes preggo i get excited for them..wish she would catch that.....well i can pray that tomorrow she cares....it will make my day..

i'm sorry you're not getting the response you were hoping for from your in-laws.

in the same boat over here... not really feeling the love from my in-laws either...

that they show concern and caring tomorrow!

I wish you all the encouragement in the world if I were you I would act very cold and if she asks if there is something wrong tell ...that you dont want to trouble her with your problems


For me it is the opposite my dad hates my baby and both my ma and mother in law give me lots of support

He hates my husband and we being pregnant for him means our marriage is real

He told me that he isnt leaving me or the baby anything in his will....

everyine said wait till the babies come then they will so be up your bu**....

Then it is up to you to treat them with the same token or if you want to be the better one which I already know you are

Sounds like my in-laws. You would think things would've changed now that Emerson is here but NO! They have zero interest in this child. They saw her 2X in the hospital, once when she was exactly a week old and that was the last time!! Emerson is 10 weeks on Friday AND my in-laws only live a half hour away!!!!! I think it's disgusting how little interest they take in their first grandchild. Drives me nuts! I just tell myself that it's their loss.......she is an awesome baby and they are missing out!
