They might be cancelling my cycle

I'm so upset! I just got a call from the RE and they might be cancelling my cycle!!

He said my progesterone was up, which means there might be "less sticking" success in any transfer done and my estrogen was down, which he said might be do to them introducing the Ganerelix.

They're giviing it one more day for now...

Are they cancelling your cycle or just your transfer? This happened to me my last fresh cycle. My progesterone kept creeping up. It was a 4 by ER which is really high. I did not ovulate though. They retrieved 13 eggies and fertilized 11. We transferred 2 8 cells. I got a BFN though. I have had 2 other opinions aince then and both told me that with rising prog your lining breaks down and they probably should not have done a fresh transfer. I wish I had just done a FET. They are possibly cancelling the cycle. He upped my Follistim dose and I have to go back tomorrow for bw and sono and we'll see if it helps any.

He said we could either just cancel the cycle all together, get a period and start all over again w/ bc pills, etc. or try to salvage this cycle...

I'm wondering though if they could still go ahead with the retrieval and then worry about the transfer at a later date?

I would ask them. I got high quality embies from mine. On day 3 I had 1 10 cell, 4 8 cells and a 6 cell. The only worry with the higher progesterone is the lining and the chance for implantation. They should be able to do an ER and then a FET.

Ok, I just asked the dr. about still doing a transfer and he said there might be a concern w/ the egg quality? He also said if they did have good quality eggs, they would want to go ahead with the transfer. I'm so confused!
