Help Please.

Iam throwing my parents a 50th surprise party and we have about 80 people coming. We already have 4 trays of bakes ziti, 1 full tray of meatballs, two 6ft heroes with potato, macoroni and cole slaw, 5 loafs of bread (cut up), large house salad, for the kiddies we have chicken nuggets and french fries, oh and also a tray of mixed vegetables. So i need to know how many trays of the chicken Francaise i will need. I was going to order 2 but it says it only serves up to 15 people?? Should I cut them in half since its usually big pieces?
As guest arrive we are also passing out hot fingerfoods as well as having a vegetabke platter and cheese and cracker platter.

I would definetly get at least 2 or 3. You can request that they cut the pieces of chicken smaller, I did that for my DH surprise party. I had 60 people & almost ran out of food, and I thought I over ordered.
