What to do with chicken legs?
We bought a ton for the grill and they are taking up space in my freezer.
Any good recipes for them? Is there anything you can do with them in the crockpot?

I use then for making chicken soup too. I also put bbq sauce on them, put them in a baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes but take cover off last 10 minutes of cooking. They come out SO tender and taste like real bbq chicken. My kids LOVE them!

Put in oven and bake - you can use so many different marinades - italian dressing, ranch, bbq sauce -
fried chicken in oven
chicken cacciatore in crockpot

I put them in baking dish, cover with diced tomatos, sprinkle with spices and bake until legs are done!

I pour a little chicken broth and butter and lemon juice in the bottom of a baking dish, salt & pepper the legs and squeeze remaining lemon over them then bake for about 80 minutes, till golden and crispy.
Barbeque sauce is also a good option.

If you want to use the crock pot then you can roll balls of tin foil up and season your chicken and place on top of the foil and cook on high for 5hrs. When there done you'll have to eat them with a fork though because they literally fall off the bone. My dh loves them in there.
