So the evite for my HS reuinion says casual
Is an ATL dress with a wide belt, tights, and pumps overkill? I want to look nice but not like I'm trying too hard 
This is the dress and I have a wide black belt that looks great with it:

It sounds like it will look very nice. What do the pumps look like? I would wear dark tights.
It is way better to be overdressed than under dressed, so I think what you have chosen is perfect...especially since it is an event like your HS reunion! You want to look hot!

naturalizer also sells extended calf on macys website! i have that dress in black and its so comfy.. i wore it to a benefit dinner friday night with black pattern tights and knee high boots.. no belt though.. i didnt like the way it looked, im hippy. i think its totally appropriate for your reunion

omg! thank you! so im not insane!!!!! i bought a pair of coach leather boots and when i got them they were tight on my legs.. i brought them to THREE shoe makers/repair guys and they ALL looked at me like i was insane!!! one foreign man said to me in his very strange accent.. why dont you make legs smaller!!!!! i shyt you not!!!!!
luckily they stretched on their own.. but where do you go??

Ours was at a restaurant. I was one of only a few wearing a dress but I didn't feel overdressed. I felt good.

I just had mine this past friday and it was formal on the e-vite so I wore a killer dress, will post pictures as soon as I get some from my gf!

I go to a guy in manhattan. His place is actually on the ground floor of my apt building! He even stretched a pair of uggs for me with a zipper! Any shoe maker should be able to do it. Are you on LI?

you on LI and i went to three places!  i guess boots can only be stretched in nyc
