implantation bleeding

I went to bathroom and freaked out!!!! i had like a brownish discharge! no pain, cramping or anything like that but it was scary to see.........i am going to follow up with obgyn but does this sound familiar to anyone?

i'm sorry, i have no personal experience with this, but i believe many women have brown spotting early on in their pregnancies. if the blood is brown, it's old, so usually nothing to worry about.

thanks this is exactly what I've been reading online so I pray that its nothing more than that.

yes - brown = old blood - that hasn't made its way down 'the pipes' yet...

Sounds normal. I had implantation bleeding at about 6dpo. It was pinkish brown... Barely noticeable except when I wiped once. No spotting since!

I had very little spotting the other day, but it wasn't brownish...it was more reddish/pink...bright but not overly bright...

and I've seen nothing since then, I hope thats ok

I had very light bleeding at 5.5 weeks. I freaked out and thought I was either having a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage. I had an appointment already scheduled and they told me that it was implantation spotting.
