Why does my legs feel like they're about to fall off?
I have so much pain/soreness in my hips and legs, that I walk like a penguin! What can I do to help, I don't want to take Tylenol

I have this too but i always get it after i wake up in the am and get out of bed..its weird but during the day it goes away

Don't be afraid to take a Tylenol if it's going to make you feel better. I remember when I used to not want to take it, either. Then with my back injury, I've had to be on Vicodin for the past 20 weeks--so trust me, Tylenol will be fine.
