Birthing Classes
I'm just curious, are birthing classes still popular? I know it was a big thing in the 80s/90s, but most women I know who are pregnant/were pregnant haven't done them. I know this isn't TTC related, but I figured some of you ladies might know.

Re: Birthing Classes
I went to a lamaze class before DD was born and the class was pretty much full.

Re: Birthing Classes
Well I really think it depends on you. I took lamaze, a breastfeeding class, baby proofing, new mom class, I pretty much took everything I could because I was a nervous wreck

I SWEAR by lamaze, but mstly because I beleived in it. It workd, I got throught light labor all day, had company, took a nap, relaxed, then when hard labor hit, it still worked. Especially whehn in between contractions I had to teach my mom the rhythm because m,y sis left the room to call my dad!

Re: Birthing Classes
I took one for DD and there were a lot of people in there.... Now that I look back I realize how ridiculous it was that the class was taught by someone that has never had children.
