Fluffy....BIGBOY!
I had to call Netflix today and they had one of those voice-activated response systems...
"Say 'yes' if you want to talk to a customer service rep"...
And ALL I could think of was that Citibank Commercial with the guy on the phone on the train..."FLUFFY!"..."BIGBOY!!"
"For a shinier credit card, say 'yes'"
And I broke out into a fit of giggles. I swear I laugh every time I see that commercial!!

Those commercials are sooo funny...yet soooo true!! SOmeone posted a website the other day which tells youw hat numbers to press to get to a human immediately... so helpful!
