Disney photopass
I am going in january and saw on disboards that you can share these. Wondering if anyone on here would like to share one.

We got a photopass CD - if you preorder it it is $99 versus I think $129 when you come home. Basically it is nothing but all the photos that they take of you in the parks or at the resorts - which you can then upload or take elsewhere and print from it - considering the pictures are about $12 for one small one it is a good deal if you actually use it. We got I think about 150 photos taken over the course of the week.
If you have been to disney you have probably seen the photographers all over the parks - in front of the castle, meet and greets etc. When you get your picture taken they give you a card - the card has a bar code and numbers - when you get your picture taken again you just give them the card and they scan so you can add all your photos to one card - or multiple if you forget it in your room (just take a photo of the card numbers so if you lose them you can still get your photos). When you go home you go online and enter in the card numbers and there are your pictures. You can't share your photos with others on here like with shutterfly - but you can email people with a link to see the pictures.
I would share mine but my pictures have expired I think - I do have the CD - but again it is just a cd of photos they don't do anything special to them like a slide show or anything.

i LOVED the photopass!!
i have some pro pics in my album from our honeymoon!
basically we bought ours at home.. because if you do this.. you can add borders , and crop.. edit..do whatever you want to them.. if you buy it there, you just buy what they took..
so i ended up getting almost double because i added the corresponding borders to each picture..so it was WELL worth it!!

I just did a photo share for our trip. I haven't gotten the CD yet because some people haven't returned yet. I did look at them and enhance them, can't wait to get the CD! Our group was small, so I'm paying $25. I would just look on the budget board over there and jump in on a swap for your dates. They fill up fast! I found mine a couple days before I left!

If you are doing this - watch for expiration dates. They are pretty tight. You have 30 days from the day the card is first used to enter the codes online. After that, you are out of luck.
Then the photos only stay on the disney site for 30 days and sometimes they give a 30 day extension. I once ordered a cd close to the 60 day mark (they did give my account an extensioin) and lost half of them - I ended up getting the CD for free because they started to delete the photos.
Also make sure everyone puts their photocard codes on ONLY one photopass account. They don't allow you to enter the same code on two different accounts.
