cute moment at the RE this morning
A few weeks ago when I was in the middle of my IUI cycle I was at the RE's office to see how many follies had grown after using clomid. I brought my St. Gerard prayer card with me and held it in my hands. After I left and I was on my way to work I noticed I had left it there but figured whoever finds it can use it.....maybe it would bring comfort to someone else. Well I did get pregnant that cycle but it was a chemical. So this morning I went in for more blood work...we're hoping my levels have gone back down to zero after this miscarriage. As I was sitting talking to the doctor after my blood was drawn I noticed my lost St. Gerard prayer card on the doctor's desk in a little holder....not only my prayer card but they made copies of it as well. I thought that was really cute that they made copies for people to take. I know people who seek the assistance of an RE are of all faiths but I thought it was a really nice gesture to make copies in the hopes of bringing some other patient comfort
