So who wants to help this vegetarian make...
MEAT BALLS!!!
On to the next meat staple for my boy.
Okay, give me easy ingredients and easy steps. Go gently ladies. And are food grade plastic gloves okay?

Ground Beef Ground Pork Breadcrumbs Spices One Egg thats un oeuf (enough get it) Plop it in your kitchenaid mixer Mix for a while Use an ice cream scoop to make them all the same size Roll them in your hands (I put them on a cookie sheet and bake them) and then I freeze them.

Now, what spices and how much of all this stuff? How long do you bake them for and at what temp? See, I know nothing of meat!

I love that joke...I dunno, google a recipe, I just use like pizza spices that my mother always buys me at Big Lots, so parsley, basil, oregano, salt pepper...whatever! You can't screw up meatballs really, I bake them at 350 until they look brown on the outside...
