Pet?

Sandy got out on us last night. Thank God someone got her and called us. But she really scratched up her paws. They are pretty sore what can we put on them to make her feel a little better? I know I should post on the pet board but it will be read her much quicker.

they have a wax pmade that you can buy her at any pet store or even jsut vasaline but you must watch for furniture gettign stained from it

I wonder if you could put neosporine (sp?) on them and the wrap them up so she does not lick it? I am not sure if you can use stuff like that on pets, just a guess?

ETA: maybe call the vet to see what would be safe to use

When Casey got out her paws were raw and sore too....she licked them a lot and hobbled around but in 2 days they were fine.

Thanks all. She seems to be a little better today. Poor little thing she is traumatized.

oh poor thing i am sure you were terrified! glad she is back and ok. I am not sure what to put on though w/out her licking it off

There is stuff you can buy at target not sure of the name off the top of my head but it is in a tin. but musher secert is something you can order on line works great!!
