Weight Gain

I just went on the scale and OMG I am about 20 weeks and I've gained about 15 lbs already I obviously see the weight gain, but my pants still fit in the legs the same and I haven't had to buy bigger pants just yet. Could the majority of this weight gain really just be my stomach?

15 lbs at 20 weeks, doesn't sound so bad to me. Your pacing yourself to prob gain around 30, which I believe is pretty average.

don't feel bad.... i am like a whale when i get pg. i am up 55 pounds! i was 105 when i started. i think since i was so thin my body needed to compensate. i gained weight all over that i filled out. i was the same with my son! and i returned to my pre-pregnancy weight.

15lbs at 20weeks isn't bad at all. I'm 21 weeks and I'm up 20lbs already

i was already up 20lbs by 20 weeks. no worries!!!

dont feel bad!! my doctor said its all really based on your PRE -Preggo weight.....i was about 135 prior and am having twins so i may be a little more of a gainer but at 18 wks im up 18 lbs.....gained about 14 the first 10 wks....and was pretty nauseas for awhile so lost a few lbs here and there....you have to remember your carrying a baby..fluid...and extra food ...my pants still fit but i did get maternity tops because mine were a little tight....i also got just shirts in a larger size and that works...im not totally on the maternity clothes bandwagon...a girl still has to have fashion =)
