IUI Question
How far apart do they usually do the IUI's in the same cycle. I am looking at the clanedar and I think will be ovulating around thanksgiving so I am just wondering do they do them back to back days or a day in between?
Thansk for your input!

Re: IUI Question
Mine only does 1 - they said that back-to-back IUIs haven't shown clinical evidence of being that much more effective - so they told us to BD the night after our IUI too.
Otherwise I think you'd go in 2 days in a row for IUIs.

Thanks...the whole reason we are doing iui is to have the sperm washed..our last miscarriage was triploid and they think the sperm might have stuck together so we are not going to be trying on our own at all..just the iui so the 2 times becomes really important for us.
Thanks for your input..

Re: IUI Question
I always did 2n back to back.. It has to increase the odds. How could it not? I even did 3 in a row one time.. I begged my re and he did for me.. It failed but I felt like I gave it my all..

Re: IUI Question
My RE says if your DH has a good sperm analysis, there is no reason for B2B IUI's.

My docs say the same thing. If DH's numbers are decent, there is no need. We are dealing with slight MF (in addition to my cr@p) and my DH's numbers aren't bad enough to warrant the back to back.
