spinoff to ugg sale

ok so I'm an ugg virgin....please help.

I want the chocolate brown tall and the Coquette slippers.

I was always an 8-8 1/2

I had a baby and now I'm like an 8 1/2-9 wide. I also have wide calves (does that make a difference with the talls?). My WW leader swears that my feet will shrink back down when I lose the weight and I AM determined to do it. I want to take advantage of this sale though. What size should I get? Can I get kids for cheaper? what size? help

if you go to zappos.com, they have a guide on the page for each pair of shoes they sell with buyer's comments on fit.

I used that site to help decide what size to get in the slippers I just ordered.

I normally wear an 8.5 or a 9 and I am an 8 in UGG boots, but the slippers aren't the same. DH bought me a pair last yr in an 8 and they were too small, so I returned them and bought the UGG minis instead. but I have been wanting to get the slippers ever since. so the sale enticed me to finally get them! they are HEAVENLY!

eta: if you have wide calves, maybe you can try the short UGGs this time. and then next time you're at the store, try the tall one's on and see how they fit.

I just got my first pair this year and I LOVE them! I got the size 8 and now they are a little big, but not sure if the smaller size would be too small.

I got the classic chocolate ones. I think now I might go on and get the tall. I'm a biter like that
