Anyone else have trouble sleeping?
I don't have trouble falling asleep- but I do wake up numerous times through out the night and toss and turn alot. When I wake up in the morning I do not feel refreshed- but like I only slept an hour. Once I get up I feel better, but it only lasts about 6 hours until I feel exhausted again.
Anyone else deal with this? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with meds i'm taking or just stress and thinking about ttc...I just want a good nights DEEP sleep.

Yes, I have trouble staying asleep. Especially the closer I get to my IVF consult (which is tomorrow).
I am going to purchase the lavendar/chamomile sleep mist from Bath and Body, it has helped me in the past. Also, I had acupuncture today, hopefully that will help.

yes....ME!!! i have not slept through the night in months! i believe it is a combination of so many things.

i have the lavendar/chamomile sleep mist and i think it works! i love it.
i to cant sleep well now that i had my ER i think ill be a little better at night. i was fearing this the most and im so thankful its over! i get up almost every hour and then when 4am hits i cant go back to sleep i think its my nerves and the stress of all this now on to stressing about the PIO shot

Wow the same thing has been going on with me for the past few months. I never noticed the correlation.  I take at least an hour to fall asleep and wake up several times throughout the night. Sometimes when I wake up I am awake for another hour! I am a walking zombie....maybe I will try that mist. I don't know what else to do.
