Softgel Prenatals
Anyone else have trouble *ahem* digesting the softgels?
I had to switch to more of a tablet kind because I was not dissolving them at all..therefore I was not getting any of the nutrients..
Nice to find that out about 9 months after I started taking them. FM me if you want to know how I found out LOL!
Kind of a PSA - I'm sure we are all taking prenatals but make sure you are taking the right kind for your body...I wasn't for a very long time and who knows if it affected my last cycle..
