Our co-op dues went up!!!
They brought back the fuel surcharge of $1.13 per share over 12 months. That's an extra $41 a month for us!!!

Almost every co-op is doing this. The surcharges are better though. This way they don't have to do a permanent increase to the maintenance... which would get plastered all over stuff like contracts, MLS, etc.
