I wouldn't hold your breath, they have even built the store yet. What looked like it was going to be it, opened up as LA Fitness.

Its on their website if you look in the "under development" section. It doesn't say when it will be opening, though.
They have cleared out an area where you can see it will be, and the parking lot is paved.
