Feel like I have been punched in the stomach
Tomorrow is my trial transfer. I had been feeling okay/positive/at peace with the whole situation of dealing with IVF.
I found out today my BFF is pregnant. She's does not know what I have been going through. I feel horrible because I want so bad to be overjoyed for her, and I truly am, but it only magnifies my pain.
I have had several friends that became pregnant/had babies throughout my journey but never did one hurt this bad. I feel numb, I can't even really react.

I wish I had the magic words to make you feel better. I'm so sorry. That feeling just s*cks. Of course you're happy for her and of course you'd never wish bad for anyone, but you just want it to be your turn. Try to stay positive.

I'm sorry...I know how you feel. It seems as if everyone around me is pregnant right now..
But you have to try and push those things out of your mind...something that helps me is to be quiet and reflective and try to picture the creation of the embryo....the implantation of the embryo in my body..and then me actually being pregnant. I try to tune everything else out....
Try to relax...it won't help you to be anxious....

I am sorry you are having a hard time right now.
I found out my best friend was pregnant a few weeks ago. I have to be honest, I am okay with it. Somehow, I have found a way to believe that we were meant to be pregnant together and that it will happen for me. It stings everytime I hear someone is pg around me. But when I heard she was, I was genuinely happy and for the first time ever, I didnt think about my own troubles...
I know it may not help, but you'll come to terms with it!!! Good Luck to you!!!

Thanks for the hugs ladies.
Hoping-Wishing: the thought of us being pregnant together had crossed my mind for a bit. That was somewhat comforting. I guess we will see.

What you feel is completely understandable... be forgiving of yourself and allow yourself to feel the pain. It doesn't mean you aren't happy for her, it just means that it magnifies for you just how much you want it for yourself too

I totally know how you are feeling. You want to be happy for them but you are more upset for yourself. It's happened to me twice.
