what to wear to...
..the acupuncturist.
I have my first appt tomorrow night, and boy am i nervous. What should I expect.
Do you tip?

I usually wear my yoga pants and then any t-shirt, or sweatshirt
I don't tip, I was told it was like going to see a Dr. and that you shouldn't tip.

I just had my first appt yesterday. it was great. expect to fill out some papers, talk a bit and then do a treatment. I went from work, so i had on work clothes.
I had to take off everything on top. She pulled my pants down bit to put some pins in my lower back/butt area.
believe me, it was nothing to worry about!
ETA: i did not tip. i did wonder that too!

I have been wearing my adidas type pants and a long sleeve t -shirt...
Yesterday I saw this lady come out of there with a full on business suit and heels!
I prefer to be more comfortable.
