Unsalted butter?
Does it really make a difference in a recipe? Is there really enough salt in the butter to change the flavor, or make a recipe too salty?

Re: Unsalted butter?
I only use unsalted butter for cooking and baking - this way you can control how much salt goes into your food.
You could probably use salted butter for baking and then just omit the salt - not sure if it would be exactly the same, but I'm sure it would be fine!
