Yep the m/s has once again reared its ugly head. I thought maybe it was the long car ride yesterday, or the garlic, but alas no. A bagel and then dry toast made me
At least I had a few good weeks.

I was kind of hoping that it was my very poor food choices, but I took it easy today. I already called the Dr to let her know, so we'll see what she thinks....
