Wide widths
what do you wear and where do you find it?
I think I'm done stuffing my foot in shoes that are too narrow.

Re: Wide widths
LOVE Naturalizer shoes! they are so comfortable. I have several pairs for work and a few from Easy Spirit as well, but I prefer Naturalizer.

Those are nice!
I became a wide with DS. I am discovering Naturalizer myself.

Re: Wide widths
I usually order online, from Zappos, Endless or Shoebuy. They really have the best selection.

Re: Wide widths
Definitely Zappos.com. I like the fact that you can search for only shoes that come in wide widths...

Re: Wide widths
I'm always on a quest for stylish, confortable, real leather wide width shoes. I can't even get my foot in medium widths.
For years I bought Hush Puppies & Naturalizer form Zappos (and there used to be a Naturalizer store near me.) but lately I haven't found anything I liked.
I recently ordered Vaneli (fabric)dress shoes from Zappos, which I liked, because it was hard to find a high enough heel & these were 3 1/2 inches.
I've tried a few Fitzwell form Zappos & they never fit right.
I've also found that plus size catalogs & web sights have wides-- I got a pair of David Tate boots from Silhouettes.
In a pinch I will go to Easy Spirit, but they aren't the best quality, and often fall apart.
Payless usually aren't comfortable for me. Sears, JCPenney, and Marty's have some wides but often they are faux leather.
Nine West has wide online only, but only up to size 9.
Nordstrom carries some, but online only. If you are up for spending $, Stuart Weitzman shoes comes in wide. Zappos carries them.

Re: Wide widths
thanks for the info. There are some medium widths that I can wear but for the most part lots of shoes are too narrow.
My mom wears a triple wide width. I was bound to follow eventually. I do need to see a foot doctor about a bone spur. I think that may make any shoe uncomfortable.
