Im Pregnant!!
So, I took a digitial test and its positive!! Im so excited but also very nervous. I'm in Virginia, all of my friends and family live in New York. I am torn. I have also been wanting to quit my stressful job for a while, but then I will lose my health care. What can I do? Any advice will be appreciated!

Congrats and welcome! 
As far as your health coverage is concerned, does your DH have a plan that can cover you? If not, you may want to stick it out at your job until you can find something else. You do NOT want to be stuck without insurance while pregnant. The OB visits alone would really add up, plus any unexpected visits (I've had a really rough pregnancy, so I've been to every Dr. imaginable these past few months). JMO--don't burn your bridges until you have a backup!

Thanks for all the congrats! I have a ? tho, my sister has been trying for almost a year and she hasnt had any luck, we had sex 3 times without protection and i have a bun in the oven, im afraid to tell my family. When should I tell them?

That's hard but this is still a blessing and wonderful thing. Tell when you are ready to tell, it sounds like you are already being sesitive to their difficulties and that's all you can do. Obviously I just wouldn't stress on the fact that it was so "easy" for you.

First off, congrats.
Second, I can identify with some of the things you have brought up.
For one, I didn't like my job much several months ago before and right after getting preggers, and was thinking of leaving. However, they have been very supportive of me and my pregnancy, and I've been there less than a year!
They are also really planning to work with me once  is here in terms of a super-flexible schedule, working from home, etc.
I am not sure how easy it would be to find something like that down the road.
If your job doesn't end up turning out okay like mine did, I still would think twice about quitting right now-----maybe just get into the mindset that it's just some place you have to stick it out at for the next 7 or 8 months. I am not sure how many employers would hire someone who is expecting anyways ;).
I also had a similar situation with my SIL. She had been trying for quite sometime to get preggers and it pretty much happened for us without our even trying.
We also were a little "shook up" in the beginning and DH said in front of her when he was freaking out himself about becoming a father, that "maybe we could send IT back".
Needless to say, that didn't go over well AT ALL.
Fast forward a few months though, and my SIL is now preggers with TWINS.
She is still very high-risk and in the early stages, so I try to be as sensitive as possible around her. That's all I can really do.
Despite what she is going through on her end, I have to remain confident in the fact that she is really happy for us and excited to meet her first nephew in a couple of months.

i'm in the same place right now. i'm just trying to make it through this year (i'm a teacher) and hopefully find something else over the summer after the baby's born. or maybe by dh will have a job with benefits that'll buy me a little more time home with  . i just hate the idea of leaving him/her so soon to go to a job i'm not the biggest fan of.
the only advice i can give is stick it out for now, but keep your eyes open. something great may come along and if not, at least you still have this as a back up.
