someone correct me if I'm wrong... I think the answer is 'sometimes'. it's not there naturally, so it would be an ingredient, like in cola. Most are caffeine-free though........

depends on the brand - some does others don't. Mug has caffeine free root beer and cream soda.

Some brands are some aren't! However I think that even those that do have caffeine have less than coke and other soda so it is still a better choice.
