I have to share...
I received the doppler I rented in the mail today. I snuck out at lunchtime to go home and try it. I found the baby's heartbeat right away. I first found mine, then the baby's!!! I'll be 9w0d tomorrow. It's in the exact same place my son was. It's such an awesome sound! I rented one with my son also. I love it! Just wanted to share! Thanks!

i found mine at the same time too, the doppler kept me worries at bay for awhile. i heard the baby's heartbeat at home more than at the dr's

I rented the doppler too and I taped the heartbeat It is so awesome hearing it and it kept my nervousness away

You don't need a prescription. I got mine at heartones.com. I LOVE it. Anytime I don't feel the baby moving much, DH and I listen and it really puts my mind at ease.
