Anyone getting ...
frequent nosebleeds?
I've been getting them everyday for the last week, but only when I get out of the shower and blow my nose. It's like I'm popping a blood vessel, it's not like dripping down my face (Sorry, TMI). And my sinus' are very sore .... Anyone else? This is normal, right?

I wouldn't call them nose bleeds per se...but my nose has been pretty stuffed up several times a day, and when I blow, I do notice more blood than normal...(sorry, TMI). This was actually one of my only signs that I was PG.

I usually have on in the morning because we have forced air heat, and even with a humidification system, it gets dry..
Drink lots of water....

You may want to pick up that cool mist humidifier early. It will help somewhat. I got nosebleeds all the time while pregnant.

I do occasionally see a trace of blood when I blow my nose which is often since pregnant. I use saline nasal spray and it helps.
