Dollar Store HPT and FRER HPT

is there a difference between the Dollar Store home pregnancy tests and the First Response Early Response? Besides cost, will I get a 'better' reading if I use the more expensive tests, IYO

I think it depends on the sensitivity of the tests.

Also from what I understad, Dollar Store HPTs have more instances of evap lines than FRERs. (Please, correct me if I'm wrong anyone!)

With my last twp pregnacies, I used the dollar store tests ....
They are the same tests my Dr's office uses.

Although I do think FRER's might pick up less HCG to work.

I got a + on a dollar tree test at 9dpo with my son.

glad to hear other people use them. what a bargain & you can always take two if you are unsure..with what we spend on OPK's it really helps out wasting money month after month.
