Ice Cream!!
I just wanted to let you know that Edy's Slow Churned Light ice cream is fabulous!!!! The cookies and cream (3.5 grams of fat) is my favorite. I have also had the fudge tracks (4.5 grams of fat) and thats pretty good too

mmmm... I almost bought ice cream today but, I resisted once I realized that I wouldn't be able to go straight to the mall, to buy my bellla band, if I had ice cream in the car.. And ice cream would only add to the problem of the expanding waistline!
