I tested early this morning. Beta is tomorrow and it was a BFN. I was half expecting it but crawled back into bed a cried myself to sleep. This is my second fresh IVF cycle. We are self pay and are now emotionally and financially drained. I don't know what to do anymore. I had a lap to remove endo, recently removed polyps and take Lovenox for an immune issue and it still failed. I just don't know if it's worth it to try one more time or maybe pursue adoption. I just don't know. Anyone have luck on their third cycle?

As I posted on my thread - 3rd time was a charm for us.
Our insurance covered med's, testing & sonograms but not the actual procedures themselves so we have spent about $30k out of pocket (we did PGD for 2 of the 3 cycles so it was more expensive than typical). So I feel your pain about $.
Take some time to get over this cycle before worrying about the next one.

I am so, so sorry. The heartbreak is unbearable. I can't say from experience, but they say 3 times a charm. You have to dig deep and decide what is best for you. Best of luck and again, I am so sorry

I am so sorry....and honestly, if adoption is an option for you both, I would seriously think about going that route.
Yes, the third time could work. There's no disputing that. But, at the same time, adoption is a guaranteed child and IVF isn't. So if you are truly financially finished, you know that you will end up with a child if you go the adoption route. A third IVF cycle may or may not work out.
Good luck with your decisions....

Thank you so much for your kind words. They truly mean a lot to me. I was researching adoption last night and may seriously pursue it. At this point we are just going to enjoy the holidays and regroup in the new year.
I know you have also had a long journey with IVF and I hope there is a happy ending for both of us.

I am so sorry... You are still young enough to re group and think about your options... I feel so sad.. If you want to talk please fm me.. I have been at this for a very very long time as well.. and as you know first hand could never have afforded thiis if I didnt have those meds donated to me.. I pray God graces you some way with the finances to continue this journey.. And I will pray this consistantly.. You have my word..
