NYC Hotel
Hi - can anyone recommend a nice hotel to stay in NYC that is not  but is nice...the W wants $500 and up for a Saturday night

The Parker Meridian is one of our favorites. Might be a little pricey too.
There is a Hilton in Times Square which isn't stunning but it's very nice and that should be around $200

We found that the Marriott Marquis had reasonable pricing.
We stayed at the Waldorf and actually got a great deal - loved it!

When is it going to be for?
The NYC marathon is 11/2 so alot of the hotels a few days before and after will be $$$
