35 week appointment...we have dilation!
I had my 35 week appointment today and my DR. did an internal. I am 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced!! I was that at 37 weeks with my first pg.
I know it doesn't mean much as I could also sit like this until my due date, but I was so surprised to hear that my body is starting to get ready.
Poor DH is freaking because he's going out of town next weekend.
Also- with my belly measurements this pg as well as the recent growth sono, my OB is positive this baby will be much bigger than Maddie was. She was weighing in at 6 pounds LAST Tuesday!!!

I have to be honest- I haven't believed my Nov. 9 due date at all. I know when I Oed (charting) and *my* due date was a week earlier. This kid's been "big" my whole pg- my belly has been measuring a full week ahead the whole time. BUT- going by LMP, I am due Nov.9
I'd be thrilled to go early- but just not next weekend..... poor DH has been planning this trip for 6 months (with my complete blessing).
