PIO Needle...
So... I have been reading everywhere that most people use the 22 needle for PIO, and there are a few that warm up the PIO to make it thin enough to go through the 25 needle...
My question is... what size needle did you use?
ALso... a 18 1/2 needle came in the box with my PIO and NOTHING ELSE... like no other head to change it... so I am flipping out b/c that mother is HUGE!!!!
So can I just ask the RE to order a different size needle for me? is that possible? I can't just go and buy them can I?

Do not use the 18 1/2 needle...that is only to draw up...you'll hurt yourself

OMG! Def. don't use that needle...just call your RE to put the order through...or maybe they have some to give you in their office until you get your own..

I KNOW! Thats what I have in my notes... DO NOT USE 18 1/2 needle... but that is the only one that came...
Does anyone have experience using the 25 needle for PIO? Does this actually work? do you need to be skinny to be able to use that since its shorter?

I used the 22 1 1/2 needle. It's looks MUCH worse then it is. The shot is IM so you need a long needle. It's a slight pinch. Sometimes I didn't even feel it going in. GL!

I'm not sure if the thickness of the oil would get through a 25 , I think you should call the RE and get some 22's  If they don't have any in the office and you need them quickly, they can prescribe them through a local pharmacy ....
