Absolutely!
Ground turkey
Worcester Sauce (I eyeball it)
A drizzle or two of Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder
diced mushrooms (I like the baby portabellas)
diced red and green pepper
instead of breadcrumbs I used parmesean cheese to bind everything.
depending on my mood, I'll throw in a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
with my hands I combine everything together, form into patties and cook in a little bit of olive oil. Tonight we topped them with cheese...
