Come on..
The appt with the Oncologist was rescheduled for Oct 9. Great.
It's Yom Kippur...no wonder I could get an appt.
I just left a message. Hopefully I can get an appt soon.

I'm going to find another doc. They rescheduled me and I didn't even know it was Yom Kippur. I was looking at my calendar and noticed it was the same day.
I can't believe it would take 7 weeks to get to see this doctor. Someone else has to have the expertise and a sooner appt.
eta: I put a call into Dr. Davis...maybe he can pull some strings.

I met with Dr. Chan in Stoneybrook he was a really nice Dr... I went for OBGYN related issues... I don't know what you are going for but he has an office in stoneybrook and mineola.

thanks. It's kind of complicated. I had a pre-cancerous condition in my breast 4 years ago. It was taken out..everything is fine. Dr. Davis wants to make sure that any treatment won't put me at higher risk for breast cancer down the road since they jack you up with estrogen while stimming and then if you get pregnant your estrogen is high for 10 months. I'm higher risk than the general pop. for breast cancer because of that, although I have no family history.
Dr. Davis says, do no harm first..which is good, and right, but he wants an oncologist to give me the all clear and give me the risks of doing this.
Is that doc a breast doc too?
