I am gaining weight at a rapid pace
I don't understand this. My thyroid is fine.
Could it be the Provera or maybe I really do have PCOS??

The provera wouldn't do anything but maybe make you bloated. I have PCOS and although I have gained weight over the years- I wouldn't necessarily say it was rapid. That's just me, though.
Maybe you could go to the doctor and get some blood tests done.

Is the provera the only thing you have been on?? I know I gaineed 30lbs but its all from eating, not excercising anymore, All of the steroids and IF meds, and just being depressed most of the time.. Provera might be doing it...

Provera is the only thing...I cannot lose weight to save my life.

I only gain a pound or two of bloat on Provera. If you are gaining a lot more weight than that and it doesn't go away after AF leaves, you are probably dealing with something else. Rapid weight gain can be a symptom of PCOS - do you have any other symptoms?
