Foods
I just found out that I am pregnant a few days ago and have no idea what type of foods to avoid! I am on the right track with websites to visit and books to order, thanks to you wonderful ladies, but I want to make sure I am as healthy as possible starting now!
Can anyone give me a list of foods to avoid, or give me a link to a website that has a reliable list?

Every practitoiner will tell you something different about what foods and medications to avoid during pregnancy. There is no set guidline.
My suggestion is that you call your OB/Midwifes office and ask them what they recomend. They should be able to answer your questions before your next appointment.
