Charlotte Russe?
I saw two sweaters online at Charlotte Russe. I have never shopped there before any opinions on the clothes there good or bad?

yep, it's pretty low quality but also inexpensive.....so it depends what you're looking for. If you want something classic that will last, look elsewhere. If you want a trendy top that will last one season, you may be ok.

I like forever 21 better than Charlotte Russe but the quality is similar. Cheap, not well made, trendy. I actually think Forever 21 is a lot better because they have more selection, but don't expect the clothing to last very long
good price for trendy stuff since you probably wouldnt want to wear them much longer than they last anyway
