normally I would watch T.V. and think a lot...and pray that sleep will come....

It's 3:50 and I am wide awake  !!! Normally a few info-mericals and I fall back asleep on the couch.

I put on a movie that I have seen a million times and listen to it like the radio. Since I already know what happens I don't have to watch it but it sort of lulls me to sleep.
